Protecting data has never been more strategic. Between the proliferation of cyberthreats, the increasing volume of sensitive information and the demands of the RGPD, In today's digital world, companies have to reconcile digital performance with risk management. This challenge is particularly acute for private security, The company's operations rely on the continuous flow of critical data. So how do you guarantee DATA SECURITY while simplifying the day-to-day management of teams and customer sites?

This is where ERP SaaS take on their full meaning. These cloud solutions are no longer limited to modernizing the organization: they become a concrete lever for aligning operational agility and regulatory compliance. A way for managers to transform a constraint into a competitive advantage.
But we still need to understand how these tools meet the essential principles of the RGPD, and why they now represent the most robust approach to securing a rapidly changing environment.

Data security: what the RGPD really imposes on companies

Before comparing technical models, it's essential to look back at the framework laid down by the RGPD. It sets the rules of the game for all organizations handling personal data, regardless of the environment used to store or process it.

Companies' data security obligations

The RGPD sets out a framework applicable to all organizations handling personal data. Two structuring roles are defined: the data controller (the company) and the subcontractor (the SaaS provider). L’article 28 specifies the contractual obligations governing this relationship and the guarantees expected from the service provider.

L’article 32 requires the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure privacy, l’integrity, the availability and the resilience of data. These principles are the foundation of any security approach, whatever the technology used.

Finally, the articles 44 to 49 frame the data localization and transfers outside the European Union. This point is essential when choosing a cloud solution, as it conditions the legal and operational guarantees associated with processing.

In short, the RGPD does not favor one technology over another: it creates a requirement level to which every organization must respond, and which some solutions make easier than others.

Why service companies' data is becoming increasingly sensitive

In the private security companies, Information management is much more than just HR data. Business cards, authorizations, compulsory training, schedules, clocking-in and clocking-out times, service reports and customer site information all form part of a strategic whole, essential to the smooth running of assignments. Protecting it is vital to both regulatory compliance and operational stability.

In this context, the slightest technical failure or organizational data can have immediate repercussions: delays in planning, disruption to rounds, difficulties with payroll or tensions with customers. So the question is no longer whether this data is sensitive, but how to sustainably secure an ever-increasing volume of information.

Why SaaS ERP better meets RGPD requirements

Today's companies are looking for solutions that combine safety, simplicity and compliance. In this context, ERP in SaaS offer a more homogenous and easier-to-secure environment than a dispersed internal architecture. Their model is based on a structured organization, designed to integrate regulatory requirements right from the design stage.

The shared responsibility model

There's a clear logic behind the way SaaS ERP works: some protections come under the heading of supplier, others from’user company. This sharing avoids grey areas and reinforces overall risk control.

The SaaS provider manages the infrastructure security, the protection of servers, the encryption data in transit and at rest, as well as the maintenance continue. These elements form the technical foundation of the service.

The company, for its part, manages the access rights, the quality of password, management user lifecycle and the correct use of the tool. This breakdown enables effective action to be taken on both fronts: that of systems and that of usage.

In practice, this organization facilitates compliance: each player knows precisely what he or she must protect. This clarity is often lacking in internal environments, where roles are less formalized.

Technical safeguards built into modern SaaS ERPs

Today's SaaS solutions are based on infrastructures designed to offer a high level of security. cloud data security. Several structuring mechanisms contribute to this.

Visit systematic encryption protects information, whether stored or in circulation. Even in the event of unauthorized access, data remains unusable.

SaaS environments are hosted in certified datacenters (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC), subject to regular audits. These certifications guarantee that computer security meet international standards.

Visit redundancy and automated backups ensure high service availability. Security updates and patches are deployed continuously, limiting vulnerabilities.

Finally, the architecture multi-tenant ensures strict separation of data between different customers, an essential element in preventing any leakage or mixing of information.

These protections, precisely because they are natively integrated, reduce complexity for user companies and improve their ability to meet RGPD requirements.

How SaaS ERP guarantees RGPD compliance in practice

An ERP SaaS does more than simply provide a secure framework. It provides concrete mechanisms that facilitate the day-to-day application of the principles of RGPD. These functions structure usage, control access and support data governance within the enterprise.

Access control: an essential pillar of data protection

Access management is the core element of the cloud data security. A modern SaaS ERP allows you to precisely define who can view, modify or export information.

The breakdown into roles and rights ensures that each user only has access to the data they need to carry out their tasks. This granularity reduces the exposure of sensitive information and limits the risk of errors.

L’multi-factor authentication strengthens account protection by adding an extra step to the identification process. This mechanism considerably reduces intrusions linked to password theft.

Visit traceability of sensitive actions enables you to track operations carried out on data: consultation, modification, deletion. This visibility supports internal control obligations and provides solid support in the event of an audit.

Finally, the management of access lifecycle makes it easy to update or revoke rights when employees arrive, move or leave. This regular monitoring prevents the presence of inactive accounts, a frequent source of vulnerabilities.

Data minimization and governance

RGPD compliance implies rigorous management of the volume of information collected and its retention period. SaaS ERPs structure these practices to make them more reliable.

The principle of minimization can be applied directly to forms, limiting fields to the data actually required for the company's activities. This approach prevents excessive data collection, often a source of unnecessary risk.

The rules of’archiving and automatic purge allow legal retention periods to be respected without manual intervention. Obsolete data is deleted or anonymized according to pre-defined criteria.

Thanks to integrated registers and automatic documentation, the data governance becomes easier to demonstrate. Information on processing operations, purposes and security measures is centralized in a single framework.

Transparency and RGPD contractualization with the SaaS provider

The contract between the company and its service provider plays an important role in compliance. L’article 28 of the RGPD requires a formal agreement to frame the relationship with any service provider processing personal data.

This agreement specifies the supplier's commitments in terms of privacy, of safety, of outsourcing and assistance in the event of an incident. It also defines the conditions for verification and auditing.

Visit certifications and independent audits performed by the service provider are solid proof of its compliance. Certification such as ISO 27001 demonstrates structured information security management.

The question of data localization must be carefully examined. SaaS ERPs that guarantee hosting exclusively in the European Union simplify compliance with rules governing international transfers.

Why these guarantees are crucial in private security

In the private security sector, the sensitivity of the data processed further strengthens the requirements of the RGPD. Companies in this sector handle critical information that requires a high level of protection, for both regulatory and operational reasons. It is in this context that the guarantees offered by a Secure ERP SaaS take on their full meaning.

Particularly sensitive HR and operational data

Every day, security companies handle some of the most sensitive personal information on the market. It concerns in particular CNAPS authorizations, the business cards, the identity documents, the extracts from criminal records, or data relating to mandatory training courses. Confidentiality is essential, not only to meet legal obligations, but also to maintain the trust of employees and customers.

Operational data are not to be outdone. Visit check-in, the round reports, the incidents, the coordinates of protected sites or the instructions transmitted to agents represent a strategic pool of information that must be secured. A compromise could expose sensitive locations, compromise a mission or weaken a customer's security.

In a sector where compliance CNAPS and compliance RGPD are complementary, the slightest flaw can have serious consequences: tarnished reputation, loss of customers, risks for agents, even administrative sanctions. So the stakes are not just legal: they're operational.

The limits of the Excel model or dispersed tools

Many security companies still use Excel files or non-specialized solutions to manage their operations. This approach, while commonplace, has obvious weaknesses when it comes to DATA SECURITY or RGPD compliance.

Excel files are neither encrypted nor protected by default. They can be copied, transferred or accessed by unauthorized persons, sometimes without the company's knowledge. The absence of structured access control poses a real risk to confidentiality.

Visit traceability is also non-existent. Who modified a cell? Who downloaded a file? When was data deleted? No reliable audit trail can be provided in the event of a request from the CNIL or a customer.

Added to this are the classic problems of non-centralized environments: loss of files, multiple duplications, contradictory versions, errors linked to manual input... We're talking here about structural risks, which are difficult to control without a tool designed to supervise processing.

Ultimately, these practices undermine the entire information system. They create a almost automatic non-compliance, This is something that companies can no longer afford in a sector where trust is largely based on rigor and reliability.

ERP SaaS: the ideal solution for security companies

As security companies handle ever-increasing volumes of sensitive data, the question of security is becoming increasingly important. DATA SECURITY ceases to be a technical issue to become a truly strategic subject. The RGPD sets a clear, demanding and sustainable framework. The ERP SaaS provide an answer to these constraints. Their architecture encryption, their ability to maintain cloud environments and their structured governance offer guarantees that are difficult to achieve with fragmented internal systems.

For private security companies, where compliance is a key CNAPS, HR obligations and operational confidentiality, these guarantees are not incidental: they are essential to maintaining customer confidence, securing operations and limiting legal risks.

By choosing an industry solution such as Seenet, With the cloud, organizations gain access to a complete ecosystem where every stage - from planning to clocking-in, from payroll to archiving - benefits from a constant, controlled level of protection. The cloud doesn't just simplify management: it strengthens resilience, makes processes more reliable, and enables us to build an information system that is truly aligned with industry requirements.

The private security industry is changing fast. So are customer expectations, regulatory constraints and cyber risks. In this context, relying on a Secure ERP SaaS is no longer an option: it has become one of the most effective levers for protecting data, stabilizing the organization and sustaining performance.

L’article Sécurité des données dans le cloud : comment les ERP SaaS garantissent la conformité RGPD ? est apparu en premier sur Seenet Sécurité.

Ensuring renewal of professional security guard card is not just another administrative task: it's an essential condition for guaranteeing continuity of missions, company compliance and customer safety. In a highly regulated sector, where the validity of authorizations has a direct impact on operational organization, anticipation is essential.

Between Internal Security Code, the evolution of Conseil National des Activités Privées de Sécurité (CNAPS) and the digitalization of procedures, companies now need to structure this renewal methodically. How can delays be avoided? What documents should be prepared? And how to ensure reliable follow-up when dozens of agents are due for renewal every month?

Professional card renewal: what are the obligations?

The renewal of the professional security guard card complies with a strict legal framework. The requirements of the Internal Security Code and the CNAPS companies are faced with the imperative of ensuring that every agent has a valid, up-to-date authorization that complies with regulatory requirements.

Why is renewal mandatory?

Visit professional card, This certificate, which is valid for 5 years, is official proof that the agent meets the conditions of honorability, competence and aptitude required to carry out private security activities. Without it, no mission can be legally carried out.

Renewal is therefore not a formality, but a periodic inspection required by the Internal Security Code to ensure that agents remain authorized to work. Failure to do so can have serious consequences: inability to work, administrative sanctions, and criminal prosecution up to and including imprisonment. 7,500 euro fine for the agent and 30,000 euros for the employer.

The latest regulatory developments

The rules evolve regularly, and the latest updates of the CNAPS reinforce several key points:

Total dematerialization All applications now go through the teleservice, which means we have to be rigorous in the preparation of our documents.

Strengthening the MAC APS training has become an essential prerequisite, and must be completed within the required timeframe. 24 months preceding the request.

Thorough character checks CNAPS checks are more thorough, particularly when it comes to criminal records.

Post-COVID clarifications the deadlines, rules for exceptional extensions and appraisal procedures have been harmonized.

These developments all point in the same direction: to guarantee a more reliable, traceable and better-trained profession.

When and how to renew your business card: a complete step-by-step guide

The renewal of the professional security guard card is based on a procedure precisely defined by the CNAPS. While this approach is accessible, it requires anticipation, rigor and a good knowledge of administrative deadlines. An application submitted too late, or a missing document, can be enough to block an agent's activity and put the company in difficulty.

When should you launch your application?

CNAPS recommends initiating the process 3 months before expiry date of the card. This period corresponds to the time required to process a complete application, verify MAC APS training and carry out the regulatory checks provided for in the French safety regulations. Internal Security Code.

Another advantage of starting early is that it gives you time to finalize mandatory training, resolve any administrative problems or update any supporting documents. In practice, many agents prepare their application 4 to 5 months before the expiry date. A useful safety margin when several hundred cards need to be managed simultaneously in the same company.

If the application is submitted before expiry date, even late, the agent receives a receipt. This document, issued by the teleservice, enables the applicant to continue working while the application is being processed.
However, if the application is submitted after expiration, No tolerance is allowed: activity must be immediately suspended until receipt of the new card.

How and where to apply?

Applications are made exclusively online via CNAPS teleservice. This centralization not only simplifies the process, but also ensures optimum document quality.

After creating or logging in to their personal space, agents select «Renew my business card». The system then asks them to confirm their identity, their current activity and to answer a number of questions relating to their professional career. Each step must be validated before moving on to the next.

The teleservice also enables you to track the progress of your application in real time: you'll be notified if a document is missing, if you need to provide an additional certificate, or if your application goes to the final review stage. For companies, this digital visibility represents a real gain in reliability: no more lost paper files, non-compliant photos or documents that are difficult to archive.

Required documents

Incomplete applications automatically lead to additional delays. To avoid this, several documents must be uploaded in a legible and compliant format:

A identification currently valid

A proof of address recent

L’MAC APS certification, a key document proving up-to-date skills

A passport photo compliant with official standards

Visit current business card digitized

Depending on the situation, additional documents may be required, particularly in the event of a change of activity or identity, or for non-EU agents.

The CNAPS carefully examines the conformity of documents. A blurred scan, an expired document or an incomplete attestation can be enough to delay processing. Hence the importance of rigorous internal checks before sending.

MAC APS training: a prerequisite for renewal

The renewal of the professional security guard card is based on one central element: training MAC APS. Without this updating of skills, no file can be validated by the CNAPS. In a sector where practices are constantly evolving, this training ensures a consistent level of professionalism and guarantees that every agent masters the rules, gestures and obligations in force.

MAC APS: definition, role and frequency

Visit MAC APS (Maintien et Actualisation des Compétences) is a compulsory training course for all agents wishing to maintain their authorization to practice. Unlike TFP APS, which enables the card to be issued for the first time, the MAC updates knowledge.

It must be carried out every 5 years, in the 24 months prior to renewal application. Its regulatory duration is set at 31 hours, These are generally spread over several days. The aim is clear: to maintain a high level of professionalism in legal, technical and operational matters.

Common errors leading to a CNAPS refusal

Every year, the CNAPS rejects many applications for reasons that are often avoidable. Among the most common errors :

MAC APS completed out of time, beyond the permitted 24 months

A certificate that is not compliant, incomplete or issued by a non-approved center

Partial training (some hours missing)

An ambiguity in the training date

Renewal application submitted without a valid MAC

A rigorous administrative check before the application is submitted greatly reduces these risks.

Expired business card: what does the law say, what can you do?

A business card not renewed on time can quickly bring an entire organization to a standstill. In a sector where compliance is a daily requirement, knowing the rules in the event of expiry is essential. This section clarifies the possible room for maneuver and the legal consequences, both for the agent and the employer.

Can I work with a renewed card?

This is a legitimate concern for many agents faced with the prospect of a processing time that could extend beyond the expiry date of their professional card. The rule is simple: yes, an agent can continue to work only if the renewal application has been submitted before expiry date card. The receipt issued by the CNAPS then acts as a provisional authorization, valid until the final decision.

This document must be kept with you during your assignments, presented in the event of an inspection, and forwarded to your employer. Without this receipt, the activity immediately becomes illegal.

Conversely, if the application is submitted after expiration, In the event of an emergency, the agent can no longer work, even for a day. No tolerance is allowed under the law.

What happens if the card has already expired?

An expired card places the agent in a situation of illegal practice from the day after the expiration date. To resume activity, the procedure is simple but strict:

Complete or update the MAC APS if necessary (31 hours mandatory).

Create or complete the renewal file via teleservice.

Submit the application, which will be considered as a renewal if there has been no prolonged interruption.

Important: no receipt is issued for a file submitted after expiration. The agent must therefore wait for the new card before resuming work. Depending on the CNAPS's workload, this may take several weeks.

For cards that have been expired for a long time, the CNAPS may consider the application as a first registration, with more in-depth checks.

The risks of operating without a valid card

Working without a valid professional card can result in severe penalties:

For the agent: a fine of up to 7,500 euros and disqualification.

For the employer: a fine of up to 30,000 euros and criminal liability.

For the company: risk of administrative sanction by the CNAPS, up to and including suspension of authorization to operate.

For customers: immediate breach of contract or contractual penalties.

Over and above the legal risks, we need to consider the organizational impact: inability to assign the agent, overloading of the remaining teams, delays in service provision, and even a threat to service quality.

Anticipate to avoid bottlenecks: best practices and useful tools

In a sector where continuity of service is essential, anticipating renewal of professional security guard card is not just an obligation: it's a performance driver. A few good practices are all it takes to reduce administrative risks, reinforce CNAPS compliance and avoid any operational disruption.

Expiration date tracking: simple methods to ensure you're never late

The best way to avoid an expired card is to keep a close eye on the dates. Several approaches coexist, from the simplest to the most structured:

A shared calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook) can serve as a minimal base for centralizing deadlines.

Automated reminders allow agents and managers to be notified several months before the deadline.

An internal dashboard (Excel, CRM RH, in-house tool) can track all CNAPS, MAC APS approvals and HR documents.

But these manual solutions quickly show their limits as the company grows. The risk of oversights, data entry errors or duplication increases. This is where tools designed for the private security sector can add real value.

How does Seenet help companies track and automate renewals?

An industry ERP such as Seenet transforms the management of CNAPS deadlines into a simple, reliable and automated process. Designed for security companies, it centralizes all regulatory data and considerably reduces the risk of expired cards.

Find out how Seenet can help you optimize the management of your security business with a free demonstration.

Renewing your business card: an unavoidable obligation, but easy if you think ahead

Renew your professional security guard card may seem complex at first. However, once the regulatory framework is understood and the process well anticipated, this approach becomes a simple management reflex.
Between the legal obligations of the Internal Security Code, training MAC APS and the requirements of CNAPS, Each step of the way has a clear objective: to ensure that our agents are trained, reliable and fully authorized to operate in a sector where vigilance is constant.

For security companies, the stakes go beyond mere compliance: the aim is to preserve operational continuity, quality of service and customer confidence. Anticipating deadlines, structuring procedures and using the right tools can help avoid major risks: expired cards, inability to assign an agent, sanctions or loss of business.

This is where business solutions like Seenet are changing the game. They are transforming this regulatory constraint into a fluid, controlled process. This means that companies can approach the renewal of their pro card not as a recurring emergency, but as a pillar of organization and performance.

FAQ about renewing your business card

How long do I have to renew my security guard card before it expires?

Visit CNAPS recommends launching request 3 months before expiry date of the card. This timeframe allows us to take into account the 2-month appraisal period, and to anticipate unforeseen events, such as the completion of the MAC APS.

Can I work with an expired business card?

Yes, only if the renewal application has been submitted before expiry date. The CNAPS receipt then authorizes the agent to continue working.

Do you work in canine security, airport security, human surveillance or close protection? Visit professional card is the key to success to work legally as a private security agent in France. It attests to the professional's legitimacy and compliance with industry requirements. How do your employees obtain this official authorization ? When should it be renewed? Find out about all the formalities and obligations involved in obtaining a security guard's professional card.

What is a security guard's professional card?

A compulsory document for doing business

The professional card is an official title required for access to private security activities in France, in accordance with the French law on private security. Internal Security Code. It constitutes a prior authorization to practice, guaranteeing the reliability and morality of professionals in the field. In other words, you can't work without it!

As an employer, you are obliged to check validity of authorization before any hiring, and then hand over a company's own business card to the new agent.

This authorization covers several activities in the sector:

human surveillance and guarding ;

canine security (with a dog) ;

airport security ;

physical protection of persons ;

video protection and remote surveillance ;

cash transportation.

As a reminder, employing a security guard who does not hold a professional card exposes the company to the following penalties severe penalties 30,000 fine and two years' imprisonment.

Issue and period of validity

The security guard's professional card is issued by the National Council for Private Security Activities (CNAPS). This public administrative body, under the supervision of the French Ministry of the Interior, monitors the morality and competence of its agents. It also guarantees that each professional complies with current regulations.

The card is valid for 5 years throughout France. Entirely paperless, it is equipped with a unique number which can be consulted via the CNAPS teleservice. It enables companies to check the validity of the individual title.

How do I get my business card?

Conditions of eligibility

To submit a request, several conditions must be met:

Be of legal age.

Possess French nationality, or that of a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), or a residence permit authorizing you to work in France.

Present a clean criminal record convictions incompatible with the profession (no correctional or criminal sentences entered in bulletin n°2).

In addition, the future employee must demonstrate professional aptitude. This may involve recognized training leading to a diploma, such as the TFP APS (titre à finalité professionnelle d'agent de prévention et de sécurité - formerly CQP APS) or the SSIAP (service de sécurité incendie et d'assistance à personnes). Otherwise, equivalent experience: police and gendarmerie, military...

Application stages

The procedure is carried out online via the CNAPS teleservices portal. After creating a personal account, the security guard must complete the application form indicating the desired activity or activities.

Next, he uploads the supporting documents required :

valid identification ;

photo ID to official standards ;

Proof of address less than three months old ;

training certificate or diploma proving professional aptitude,

residence permit, if applicable.

The final step: validate the request, and keep the electronic deposit receipt. Once the application has been submitted, the future employee can track its progress online at any time.

Time and costs involved

The average processing time for a business card is 1 to 2 months. It may take longer, depending on the complexity of the situation, or in the event of an overload of work by the department responsible for processing the application. If the file is incomplete, the CNAPS will ask for the missing documents, which will extend the processing time even further. It is therefore essential to check your application carefully before submitting it.

The card is issued free of charge, but certain indirect costs must be anticipated:

mandatory training;

and passport photos.

A useful clarification: Book VI of the Internal Security Code requires individuals wishing to work in private security to obtain a prior authorization or provisional issued by the CNAPS, before entering training.

Renewal, suspension and withdrawal: staying in compliance

Professional card renewal

Is the professional card of one of your security guards almost 5 years old? It's about to expire, and must be renewed. Take care not to apply too late! In fact, the renewal request must be made at least 3 months before the expiry date of the current card, via the CNAPS teleservice.

To do so, the employee must provide proof of ongoing training known as MAC (maintenance and updating of skills). This course is essential and must be taken at an approved center. Without a MAC certificate, renewal of the card will be refused.

The renewal procedure is similar to the initial application, and requires up-to-date documents (ID, recent proof of address, MAC training certificate).

Suspension or withdrawal: possible cases

The CNAPS can suspend or withdraw a professional card in several cases:

criminal conviction incompatible with profession ;

serious breach of the code of ethics ;

false declaration at the time of application ;

repeated failure to meet professional obligations.

Result: the security guard's employment contract is terminated ipso jure, as stated in article L. 612-21 of the French Internal Security Code.

In the event of a threat to public order, an emergency suspension may be ordered for a maximum of three months. All decisions are notified to the person concerned, with details of how to appeal.

In the event of refusal or withdrawal

Two options are available:

the administrative appeal with the CNAPS ;

the contentious appeal before the appropriate administrative court.

In certain cases (missing training, incomplete file), a new application can be submitted after regularization.

As a reminder, carrying out private security activities without a professional card, under an employment contract as an employee, is punishable by a €15,000 fine and one year's imprisonment.

The sector's digital shift: simplified procedures and optimized monitoring

The digitalization of CNAPS

The CNAPS has embarked on an ambitious digitalization initiative that will benefit professionals in the field:

a portal 100 % dematerialized allowing you to carry out all your formalities online;

from automatic notifications by email at key stages in the processing of requests;

a secure verification system business cards available to employers.

This digital transformation has considerably reduced processing times and improved traceability of requests, benefiting all players in the sector.

Efficient management of business cards within the company

For private security companies, the management of their agents' professional cards represents a major challenge. a major challenge for regulatory compliance. Thus, centralized HR monitoring of cards and deadlines is essential to avoid non-compliance situations that could result in sanctions and contract losses.

Seenet (Groupe Senef) offers a software solution dedicated to private security companies to automate tracking and ensure compliance. In particular, your employees have their own dematerialized professional card, accessible directly from their mobile, for completely legal interventions.

L’article La conduite du changement au cœur de la transformation digitale des entreprises de sécurité est apparu en premier sur Seenet Sécurité.

Far from the clichés of an archaic sector, security companies are seizing on digital tools to reinvent themselves and meet today's challenges. But this transformation is not going smoothly. How can we support our employees as they enter a new digital era? This is the major challenge facing security companies.

Manual trades confronted by the digital revolution: a clash of cultures?

Imagine a cleaner used to sweeping and mopping, suddenly confronted with a touch-sensitive tablet. Or a security guard having to manage surveillance cameras using the latest software. The culture clash can be tough. But it's a necessary evil. Because to survive and thrive in a world undergoing rapid digital transformation, these companies have no choice but to embrace change. It is therefore essential to support them and make them aware of the benefits of digitalization.

ERP: a valuable tool for change management

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), These integrated management software packages are invaluable allies when it comes to managing change. As compasses in the digital storm, they centralize data, streamline processes and automate manual tasks. Save time, increase efficiency and boost productivity which is not insignificant for companies often subject to tight time and budget constraints.

But ERP is only part of the solution. To succeed in its digital transformation, a company must above all involving employees in the process. This means clear, transparent communication, appropriate training and personalized support.

What if digitalization became a motivational lever?

Far from being a constraint, digitalization can become a veritable motivational lever for employees. New digital tools make it possible to’grow professionally, to acquire new skills and feel more valued. An undeniable asset for attracting and retaining talent, in a sector where competition is fierce.

So, when is the digital revolution coming to security companies? The answer is simple: it's already on the move! The companies that seize the opportunities offered by digital technology will be the ones to stand out and prosper in the years to come. And if you're not yet on the wagon, it's high time you got on!

Remember: digitalization is not an option, it's a necessity. This is the key to a promising future and to more efficient, more humane and more sustainable businesses.

SEENET-SÉCURITÉ supports change management

To prosper, companies need to adapt by adopting new digital tools. Seenet-sécurité, a major player in digital solutions for security companies, offers ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and mobile applications specifically designed to meet your needs.

These ERP systems optimize management of contracts, schedules, inventory, communication and customer satisfaction. They also facilitate service tracking, invoicing, collection, customer relationship management and regulatory compliance.

SEENET-SÉCURITÉ supports its customers in their digital transformation with a needs analysis, a change management plan, employee training and after-sales support.

L’article La conduite du changement au cœur de la transformation digitale des entreprises de sécurité est apparu en premier sur Seenet Sécurité.

The French Army is committed to the organization of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, offering around a hundred young French people a unique experience.

Volunteers will benefit from intensive military training, participation in the July 14th parade, and attractive remuneration and benefits.
Private security workforce by department

The figures for the private security workforce, including women, by department. But also minimum recruitment requirements, are derived from the annual sector report (based on 2022 data) and the professional cards issued by the CNAPS in 2023.

To establish this departmental breakdown, various hypotheses were formulated. This makes it possible to provide general trends rather than precise quantification at individual level.
